RGR is a person. A person who understands and listens, doesn’t require anything from you, but is simply present and able to give the support, accountability, and encouragement you need to face the challenges of life and the ever-changing terrain of ministry.

We want to connect you with your own RGR Partner - a seasoned pastor, coach or spiritual director who will walk with you for six months, meeting monthly to talk about what's important to you, whether or not it's about ministry. Through this supportive relationship, you can be more

Your RGR Partner is specifically selected based on your needs and personality and will meet with you one-on-one. This confidential relationship is a space to focus on what is important to you and your personal and professional thriving.

Our vision is to be a Holy Spirit-led movement transforming pastors’ lives for personal wholeness, professional thriving, and powerful Kingdom impact. Our mission is to provide personalized support that empowers healthy missional pastors to lead ministries that unleash God's love and redemptive power into our world. Since its founding in 2020, RGR has served over 380 pastors, helping pastors become people and leaders who are healthier, stronger, and more fruitful.
